Frequently asked questions
The things guests ask us most. Can't find what you're after? Give us a call and we'll sort it out.
- Can I bring my dog?
- Yes — dogs are welcome in our outdoor seating area, on a lead. We just ask that they stay outside, as we can't have them in the areas where food is prepared and served.
- Is Trader & Co. wheelchair accessible?
- Yes. There's step-free entry into the cafe, accessible seating inside, and an accessible toilet. If you have specific access needs, give us a call before you visit and we'll make sure everything's set up for you.
- Can we bring our own wine? Is there a corkage fee?
- You're welcome to bring your own wine, and we don't charge corkage. Just let our team know when you sit down.
- Can we book the space for a private event?
- We don't offer private hire or exclusive use of the space at the moment. We can often fit larger group bookings in during normal trading hours, though — call us and we'll help work something out.
- Do I need to book a table, or can I just walk in?
- Walk-ins are always welcome. If you're coming with a group, or on a weekend morning when we're busiest, booking a table ahead is a good idea — you can do that on our bookings page.
- Are you family-friendly? Do you have high chairs?
- Yes to both. Families are very welcome and we have high chairs available — just ask when you arrive, or add a note to your booking so we can have one ready.
- Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergies?
- Plenty of our menu is vegetarian, and we usually have vegan and gluten-friendly options too. If you have an allergy, tell our team when you order and we'll talk you through what's safe.
