Barista / FOH Allrounder

Love people, love the rush — Yass NSW

We're looking for a Barista / FOH Allrounder who's friendly, fast, and proud of doing things properly. You'll jump between making high-quality coffee and tea to our standards, taking orders, running food and drinks, checking in on guests, resetting tables fast, and backing the team in peak periods.

Hours: casual, 3–5 days/week including Saturdays. Availability across Mon–Sat, 7:30am–5:30pm. No evenings.

FOH Team Leader

Lead the floor, lift the team, love the rush

We want calm leaders who can coach in the rush. You'll lead the shift — pace, priorities, flow — coach the team in real time with calm, direct feedback, and own the guest experience from counter to table. High standards, high pace, and a tight floor.
